V3 was launched to do the opposite. We focus on healthcare and accounting & finance because that's where we have real depth — and we keep the team intentionally tight so the people doing the work are the same people you actually talk to.
Our Leadership
Joel Verhoff
President
Joel has 20 years of experience within the staffing industry, with a successful track record of starting key business initiatives, building high-performance teams, and establishing long-term growth strategies. His areas of focus include both project staffing support and executive search. Joel currently resides in Houston, TX and enjoys college football, Texas BBQ, and smoking cigars — his idea of heaven is all three on the same day.
Jonathan Hilbig
Vice President
Jonathan serves as Vice President and is tasked with expanding V3's footprint on a national scope. He brings over 8 years of staffing industry experience, having worked closely on client delivery in both recruiting and business development. A graduate of Texas A&M, Jonathan currently resides in Houston with his family and enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating. Don't think he can fill your order in 48 hours? Challenge accepted.
Whitney Vanderslice
Partner
Whitney has 20 years of experience within the staffing industry and has successfully launched multiple startups in the technology, finance and accounting, administrative, engineering, and healthcare space. Her genuine interest in helping others and her "people first" philosophy in business and life has helped her build companies from startup to tremendous success. Born in Chicago but raised in Houston, she follows the Cubs, the Astros, the Bears, and the Texans.
Phil Vanderslice
Partner
Phil has 22 years of experience working and investing in great people and businesses, primarily in the staffing industry. Beyond V3, he founded, funded, and provided guidance to staffing brands including Titan Technology Group, Addison Group, Rekruiters, and Rayne Staffing. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Phil spends his time working and running everything from 5Ks to ultra marathons.
Thaïs White
Director of Operations
Thaïs has 5 years of operations experience within the staffing industry and oversees HR, payroll, and all special projects at V3. A polyglot speaking English, French, and Dutch, she is originally from Belgium and grew up in Burkina Faso before coming to the U.S. to pursue a B.A. in Business Administration from Toccoa Falls College. Her passions include ITF Tae Kwondo, World Cup soccer (Go Team Belgium!), and decorating for Christmas prematurely.
