Joel Verhoff
President
Joel Verhoff has 20 years of experience within the staffing industry. Mr. Verhoff has a successful track record of starting key business initiatives, building high-performance teams, and establishing long-term growth strategies. Areas of focus include both project staffing support and executive search. Joel currently resides in Houston, TX. He enjoys college football, Texas BBQ, and smoking cigars. His idea of heaven? Jonathan Hilbig
Vice President
Jonathan Hilbig currently serves as the Vice President and is tasked with expanding V3’s footprint on a national scope. He comes to V3 with over 8 years of experience within the staffing industry. Mr. Hilbig has worked closely with client delivery both with recruiting and on the business development front. Jonathan graduated from Texas A&M and currently resides in Houston with his family. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating. Don’t think he can fill your order in 48 hours? Challenge accepted.
Whitney Vanderslice
Partner
Whitney Vanderslice has 20 years of experience within the staffing industry. Ms. Vanderslice has successfully launched multiple startups in the technology, finance and accounting, administrative, engineering, and healthcare space. Her genuine interest in helping others and her “people first” philosophy in business and life has helped her build companies from startup to tremendous success. Born in Chicago but raised in Houston she loves the Cubs and the Astros and the Bears and the Texans. If they were to meet in the Superbowl or in the World Series, who would she root for?
Phil Vanderslice
Partner
Phil Vanderslice has 22 years of experience working and investing in great people and businesses primarily in the staffing industry. Besides V3, he founded, funded and provided guidance to staffing brands such as Titan Technology Group, Addison Group, Rekruiters, and Rayne Staffing. Mr. Vanderslice is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and spends his time working and running everything from 5k’s to Ultra Marathons.
Thaïs White
Director of Operations
Thaïs White has 5 years of operations experience within the Staffing Industry. Ms. White oversees HR, payroll, and all special projects.
She is a polyglot: English, French, and Dutch. Unfortunately, the latter two languages aren’t much use in Houston, TX! Ms. White is originally from Belgium, grew up in Burkina Faso, and came to the U.S. to pursue a B.A. in Business Administration. She graduated from Toccoa Falls College in 2006.
Some of her passions include: ITF Tae Kwondo, World Cup Soccer (GO TEAM BELGIUM!), and decorating for Christmas prematurely! Winner of the 2018 office decoration contest, she proudly displays her self-made award for all to see.
