V3 operates as a contingent search firm. There's no upfront fee to engage with us — we're paid only upon the successful completion of a search, typically when the candidate accepts the position.

How are placement fees structured?
Because we specialize in healthcare and accounting & finance placements, our placement fee structure may differ from a general contingent search firm's retained-search fee. We operate on a case-by-case basis to deliver a customized fee structure that fits your specific needs.
The Hiring Process
How long does it take to fill a role?
Our typical turnaround on qualified candidate submissions is 48 hours. Total time-to-hire depends on the complexity of the role, your interview process, and decision speed on your side — but we move fast, and we'll be straight with you about realistic timelines during the kickoff call.
What happens after I send you a job description?
A V3 recruiter will reach out within one business day to schedule a brief kickoff call. We'll learn the role, the team, the systems, and the must-haves, then begin sourcing from our pre-vetted talent pool. You'll typically see qualified candidate submissions within 48 hours.
What if my role doesn't fit one of your five specialties?
Reach out anyway. While we focus on RCM, HIM/Coding, Accounting & Finance, IT, and Executive Search, we have an extensive network and may still be able to help — or refer you to a partner firm who can.
Can I work with V3 confidentially?
Yes. Whether you're conducting a confidential executive search or simply prefer that your search isn't publicly visible, we handle every engagement with discretion. No public job postings unless you authorize them.
Compliance & Logistics
How do you handle compliance?
We're compliant with FLSA, Affordable Care Act, and OSHA standards. We follow a robust safety policy when training each consultant before they're placed in your organization, and we verify I-9 compliance to ensure that every candidate is legally entitled to work for your company.
How does payroll and insurance work for placed consultants?
For our consulting (W-2) placements, V3 handles payroll, taxes, and insurance on a state-by-state basis. You don't have to worry about onboarding paperwork, payroll setup, or compliance — we manage all of it. Direct-hire placements transition to your payroll on their start date.
