Weekly Pay
We don't settle for bi-weekly. Every consultant working with V3 gets paid weekly via direct deposit, so you're never waiting two weeks to see the result of your work. Faster cash flow means more flexibility — for your bills, your savings, and your peace of mind.
Benefits Contribution
V3 covers half of each consultant's benefits, including health, dental, and vision. You shouldn't have to choose between contract work and meaningful coverage — so we made sure you don't have to. Eligibility and current plan details are confirmed with your recruiter at onboarding.
Referral Program
Know other healthcare professionals who'd be a great fit for V3? Refer them. When they're placed and continue fulfilling their contract, you earn bonus pay as a percentage of their income — week after week, automatically.
Our referral program is built to reward you for the long haul, not just a one-time bonus. Once your referral is placed and stays in good standing on their contract, you keep earning. Here's how it works:
- Refer Someone — Send a healthcare professional our way — a former colleague, a teammate, anyone who fits.
- We Vet & Match — We talk with them, evaluate their fit for our roster, and look for the right opportunity.
- They Get Placed — If we place them with one of our healthcare clients, your referral bonus activates.
- You Earn Weekly — You receive a percentage of their income each week they continue fulfilling their contract.
Eligible referrals include healthcare professionals with 2+ years of business-side healthcare experience — revenue cycle, HIM/coding, finance and accounting, IT, or healthcare leadership. Reach out to your recruiter for the specific bonus percentage on any referral you send in.
